These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caldermont Advisors website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

Caldermont Advisors is a business brokerage and advisory firm. The Site provides general information about our services and about businesses offered for sale. Submitting a form on the Site does not create a brokerage, advisory or client relationship. Any such relationship is created only by a separate written agreement signed by you and Caldermont Advisors.

2. Listing Information

Information about businesses offered for sale, including financial figures, lease terms and descriptions, is provided by the sellers. Caldermont Advisors has not independently verified it and makes no representation or warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Listings may be changed, withdrawn or sold at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any business or security.

3. Confidentiality and NDAs

Detailed information about a listed business, including its identity, location and financial records, is released only after you sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Your use of that information is governed by the agreement you sign.

4. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, including market reports, articles, guides and valuation tools, is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financing or investment advice. Consult your own attorney, accountant and financial advisors before buying or selling a business.

5. Valuation Estimates

Any valuation estimate provided through the Site is preliminary, based on the information you supply, and is not an appraisal or a guarantee of sale price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, copy or scrape listing content, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Caldermont Advisors or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as e-signature, scheduling and CRM providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
